Why do you ue your own lights?
We use high quality, commercial grade lights. We want to provide only the best to our customers. Additionally, all light starnds are custom made to fit your wants and your home.
Yes. There is a 50% deposit to set up an installation date. The remaiander 50% is to be paid when the lights have all been hung.
What is your cancellation policy?
If the cancellation is done before installation, the deposit is not refundable. The remainder of the contract will not be due if installation is not provided.
What is included in the price?
The price of service will include: all lights, accessories, installation, repair calls, removal, and storage.
Is there a way to get a cheaper price?
Our pricing is based on long term commitment. There are 3 options for pricing. Full pricing is for a 1 season term. 90% pricing is for a 2 year commitment. 80% pricing is for a 3 year commitment.
